Fully serviced hotel-to-hotel gravel tours across Europe and South Africa.
What we do
Someone else handles the logistics
Gravel Adventure runs fully serviced, hotel-to-hotel gravel tours across Europe and South Africa.
We take care of luggage transfers, accommodation and everything between stages — so you arrive at
each hotel with nothing on your mind except the ride you just finished.
Our guides have ridden every route themselves. The support vehicle travels with the group. And every
route on offer has been tested by our crew before we put it on the calendar.
Where we ride
Seven routes, six countries
Cyprus · 8 days
Trans Cyprus Gravel
From Larnaca to Paphos across the Troodos Mountains — a crossing of the island on roads most riders never find.
Alps · 8 days
Trans Alp Gravel
Across the Alps, hotel to hotel. The Stelvio Pass is part of the route — the rest fills in around it naturally.
Italy · 8 days
Tuscany Gravel
Through the Apennines and into Tuscany. Long days on quiet roads, with the kind of scenery that makes you forget to check your Garmin.
Scotland · 8 days
Scotland Highlands Gravel
Atlantic to North Sea across the Highlands. Long gravel roads, open skies, and very few other people.
France / Spain · 11 days
Trans Pyrenees Gravel
San Sebastián to Roses in eight stages. The longest tour we offer, and among the most rewarding.
South Africa · 9 days
South Africa Gravel
A gravel destination that draws riders from across the world — and with good reason. This one tends to get repeated.
Portugal · 8 days
Trans Algarve Gravel
From Tavira to Sagres across the Algarve. A quieter side of southern Portugal that few visitors reach by road.
How it works
What comes with every tour
Routes we’ve ridden
Every route is tested by our crew before we offer it. We know where the surface changes, where you’ll want to stop, and where you won’t.
Experienced guides
Danish-speaking guides who ride with you and know the terrain. They understand the difference between a hard day and a real problem.
Hotel to hotel
Your luggage travels ahead. Your room is ready when you arrive. You carry what you choose to carry — nothing more.

Who this is for
Riders who already know what they’re doing
These tours suit riders who are comfortable in the saddle for three to six hours a day, over consecutive days, on mixed terrain. You don’t need to be fast — but you do need to be self-reliant on the bike. The kind of rider who can read a route, manage a minor mechanical, and keep moving. If that sounds right, and you’d rather let someone else worry about the logistics, that’s exactly what we’re here for.
Private tours
Six or more riders — we’ll plan it around you
If you’re travelling with a club, a group of friends, or colleagues who ride, we can organise a tour built around your dates, your destination and your pace. Same full service — arranged entirely for your group. Get in touch and tell us what you have in mind.
